Welcome to Birding Dakota. We are located in the Prairie Pothole region in a glaciated area of central North Dakota. Chestnut-collared Longspur, Rails, Red-necked Grebe, and American Bittern are some of the birds you may spot looking out the window of our cabins—or near one of our many large and small ponds—in our minimally grazed native pastures or untouched long grass prairie.
